CPR Ratings for Cables

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The Construction Products Regulation (CPR) aims to provide a common technical language to assess the performance of construction products.  The CPR applies additional criteria and testing procedures to promote a more harmonised standard to describe a cable’s reaction to fi­re.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”26566″ img_size=”full” onclick=”img_link_large” image_gallery=”yes” label=””][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Most data cabling tender specifications stipulate the requirement for a ‘Standards Compliant’ system to be supplied. In the UK, to achieve this you must specify compliance with BS6701:2016+A1:2017, which states:
