We accept all Major Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Browser payments.  Payments are securely handled by our payment provider STRIPE.  Payments are taken in accordance with the latest SCA (Strong Customer Authentication) guidelines.  To ensure your safety 3DS authorisation is enabled, this may require you to acknowledge the payment in a banking app.

Your order is passed to the warehouse to be picked and packed.  It then is passed to one of our courier partners and delivered to you.  We hold stock in a number of warehouse locations, so you may receive multiple deliveries for one order.

Since Brexit we have had to jump through multiple hoops to ship to Northern Ireland and our couriers have found the amount of paperwork involved has increased dramatically.  Unfortunately they have increased their prices and delivery times.

Shipping to the Highlands of Scotland will take 2-3 days regardless of the service requested.[/icon_box][icon_box icon_fontawesome=”fas fa-undo” color=”#555555″ color_hover=”#888888″ title=”Returns”]

Should you be unhappy with any item, we are here to help.
If you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an RMA reference.  Any item being returned must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be received by us within 14 days of issuing the RMA.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a 3-5 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. (unless an error has been made on our part)
